If something's wrong
Damage on arrival: photograph it and send it to us within 48 hours of delivery. That window is how transit damage gets separated from wear.
Warranty claims: in writing within 7 days of the fault appearing, with photo or video. Six months on her, five months on electrical components, with your own country's consumer law on top — set out by market.
Anything else: email us. We answer questions from owners whose warranty ran out years ago.
