Discreet Delivery & Billing — What Actually Arrives
Nobody finds out unless you tell them. Not the courier, not your neighbour, not whoever glances at your bank statement. Here is what happens at every point where it could go wrong.
The crate

What arrives is a plain corrugated crate, roughly [VERIFY — crate dimensions] and around [VERIFY — crate weight] kg with packaging.
- No branding. No logo, no colour, no design.
- No product name. Nothing on the outside describes the contents.
- The label shows a company name only — FAPTIC CORP — which means nothing to anyone who reads it. [VERIFY — confirm what the carrier label actually shows]
- The customs declaration describes the goods accurately for the authorities, as it legally must, and is not visible on the outside of the crate in normal handling.
The courier is given a company name and an address. They handle thousands of unmarked crates a week.
Your card statement

A company name that gives nothing away. Card scheme rules require a descriptor that connects recognisably to the merchant, so that is the discreet end of what is permitted.
If you finance, the same applies to the lender's statement line. [VERIFY with your finance provider.]
Email from us
Everything we send is written on the assumption someone might glance at your phone.
- Sender name is our company name. Never the category, never a product.
- Subject lines are neutral — "Your commission has started", "Your photographs are ready", "On the way".
- No product imagery in the preview pane. Phones that auto-load the first image on the lock screen get nothing.
- Nothing in a subject line or preheader names the product.

Delivery options

Signature on delivery is standard on a shipment of this value. If you would rather it were never left with a neighbour, say so at checkout and we mark it.
Collection point or depot hold in most markets, if you would rather it did not come to the house at all.
Timed or day-specific delivery where the carrier supports it — so you are the one who opens the door.

Disposing of the packaging
The crate is plain corrugate and flat-packs for recycling. The internal packaging is [VERIFY — foam / moulded pulp / etc.] and is worth keeping if you have the space — it is what you will want if you move house or send her back for a repair.
What we never do

- Put anything identifying on the outside of a parcel.
- Name the product in a subject line or preheader.
- Contact you by post unless you ask us to.
- Add you to marketing without your explicit opt-in — one click removes you.

Will the courier know what it is? No. Plain crate, company name, no description.
What if I'm not home? Signature is standard; use a collection point or depot hold instead if you prefer.
Can I use a different delivery address? Yes. Work addresses are common and we won't ask why.
