Three of the nine decide whether you will be happy — build, head and material. The other six are refinements. Here is each one in the order you meet it, with our price and our view, so you are deciding rather than watching a total climb.

1 · Build — height, weight and proportion
The most consequential decision, and the one most people rush.
Height sets weight, weight sets whether you will comfortably move and store her, and that sets whether she gets used. Our range runs 152 cm to 172 cm.
The trade-off: a taller build has more presence; a shorter one is genuinely easier to live with. There is no correct answer, but there is a common regret and it runs one way — people wish they had gone lighter, not heavier.
Before deciding: read what she actually weighs and go and lift something comparable. Ten minutes, and it is the highest-value thing you can do in this entire process. We would rather lose the taller sale than have her live in a box.
2 · Head
The second-most consequential, and it costs nothing extra.
Facial structure reads first at any distance that matters — before skin, before paint, before anything. A well-sculpted head on a modest configuration beats an expensive build with a weak one, every time. Why structure dominates.
Every head on our configurator is the same price, which makes this the highest-leverage free decision in the build. Spend time here rather than on the mechanical options.
What to do: look at three-quarter and profile images, not only frontal — frontal flatters a weak sculpt. Ask us for angles you cannot find on the page; we would rather send them than have you approve photographs later and wish you had chosen differently.
Worth knowing: heads are swappable within a compatible neck standard, so a second head later is a real option — a second face on a body you already know you like.
3 · Skin tone and finish
Tone, plus the finishing details — freckles, subtle veining, blemishes. Tone itself is included.
The trade-off: fine finishing reads as realistic at close range and does almost nothing across a room. If most of your time with her is close, this is where the detail lives.
Tan line (+$60) sits here, and it is permanent. Distinctive, and worth asking whether you will still want it in two years — nothing else in this step is a decision you cannot revisit with a wig or a change of clothes.
4 · Hair

We would take the wig. Changing her look costs almost nothing and that is worth more in practice than the hairline improvement — a wig is the cheapest way to make her feel new two years in. Implanted hair is the better call when you already know exactly what you want and will not want anything else.
Pubic hair styling (+$40) is a separate choice in this step.
5 · Softness — gel or solid
Gel in the breast is included. Gel in the buttocks is +$150. Softer belly is +$80 and softer thighs +$130.
What gel buys: a softer feel with more give, and movement — it shifts and settles where solid silicone holds its shape.
What it costs: weight, and one more boundary inside the build. Breast gel adds it high, buttock gel low and wide.
Breast gel is free, so decide it on feel alone. For the rest: if you are already at the top of what you can comfortably handle, take solid. 6 · Warmth
Body warmth (+$115) · oral warmth (+$75) · intimate warmth (+$100).
Body warmth is the option we would take before any other. Silicone sits at room temperature and feels like it; warmth closes more of that gap than anything else we sell.
What it is: localised warmth rather than whole-body heat, it takes time to come up, and it is an electrical component — five months of warranty rather than six.
The other two are worth taking only alongside body warmth. On their own they produce a warm patch on a cool body, which is stranger than no warmth at all.
7 · Movement and sound
Hip movement (+$280) · head movement (+$280) · oral motion (+$300) · Clamp & Suck (+$100 internal, +$100 external) · intelligent moaning (+$130).
This is where a configuration quietly gains a thousand dollars. Pause here.
Motion is servo-driven movement through a fixed cycle — animatronics, not animation, and nothing here responds to you. It is impressive early, and it is the option most often named in the owner forums as the one people would not buy again. What actually exists in 2026.
Every option in this step is electrical: five months of warranty instead of six, more weight, more noise, and not a home repair. A doll with no electrical options has almost nothing in it that can break. Our full option-by-option view.

8 · Finishing details
Nipple piercing (+$5), navel piercing (+$7), nipple and areola size, fingernail style. Sizes and nails are included.
Low stakes and low cost. The only thing worth a second thought is permanence — a piercing is not reversible.
9 · Review your build
The full specification and the total, in one place.
Before you confirm, check three things:
- The weight. Are you sure? It is the decision people revisit.
- The options total. Six small additions become a large number quietly.
- The delivery window. Two to three weeks production, three to five weeks to your door.
Nothing is charged until you confirm.
What happens after you confirm
Right now she does not exist. Production runs two to three weeks, and at the end of it we photograph her — the actual doll, not a catalogue shot — and send you the images. Nothing ships until you approve them.
Then a plain crate with your name and nothing else on it, a neutral billing descriptor, three to five weeks door to door. Six months of warranty, five on electrical parts, on top of your local statutory rights. The full process.

When torn on weight, go lighter. The regret runs one way.
When torn on options, take warmth and skip the mechanisms. Warmth is the one that is still in use at month six.

Which sex doll options are worth the money?

Can I add options later?
Generally no — they are fitted during production. Wigs, clothing and heads are the things you can add afterwards.
What if I get it wrong?
The approval photographs catch anything that does not match your order, and that is what they are for. They do not catch a decision you would make differently in hindsight — which is why the weight guide is worth ten minutes before you start.
Do I have to decide everything at once?
No. A saved build keeps indefinitely and nothing is charged until you confirm it.
