The process
From your design to your door
Design
You design your doll on our product page or in the Customizer. Your exact choices are sent to production.
Production
Your doll is made individually to your exact specification. Production takes about 2–3 weeks.
Photo check
Before she ships, we take confirmation photos. You look them over and approve them before your doll is sent.
Delivery
Your doll ships with a fully tracked, insured service and arrives in plain, unmarked packaging. Total delivery takes about 6–8 weeks from your order, including production and shipping.

No branding on the outside
A plain box with no product name, no logo and nothing that shows what is inside.

Your bank statement shows a neutral company name, with nothing that identifies the purchase.
Fully tracked & insured
Every shipment is tracked from door to door and insured for the full value of your order.
Customs & Import
Import information
United States
Free standard sea shipping (about 30 days after she ships) or premium air shipping for $300 USD (about 15 days after she ships). Production time is extra. Shipping times are estimates.
US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and import taxes are covered, so you pay no extra import charges on delivery. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout.
European Union & UK
DDP service is available for most EU countries and the UK. We handle the import duties. In some cases, you may also be able to clear customs yourself.
Australia & Asia Pacific
Importing realistic dolls is generally allowed. Customs fees may apply depending on your country. If you have questions about your destination, contact us before you order.
Rest of the world
Import rules are very different from country to country. We recommend contacting us before you order to confirm that we can deliver and to check any customs requirements for your destination.
