The process
From configuration to your door
Configuration
You configure your companion using our product page or the 2D Studio. Your exact specifications are sent to production.
Production
Your companion is individually produced to your exact specification. Production takes approximately 2–3 weeks.
Quality Check
Before dispatch, confirmation photos are taken. You review and approve before your companion is shipped.
Delivery
Your companion ships via a fully tracked, insured service and arrives in plain, unmarked packaging.

Customs & Import
Import information
United States
Most orders ship tax-free to the US depending on the shipping method selected. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service is available — we handle import formalities on your behalf.
European Union & UK
DDP service is available for most EU countries and the UK. Import duties are handled by us. In some cases, self-clearance options may also be available.
Australia & Asia Pacific
Import of realistic companions is generally permitted. Customs fees may apply depending on your country. Contact us before ordering if you have specific questions about your destination.
Rest of the world
Import rules vary significantly by country. We recommend contacting us before ordering to confirm availability and any applicable customs requirements for your destination.
