Made to order, then shipped
Every doll is produced individually to your specification. Production takes approximately 2–3 weeks. Total time from order to delivery is typically 3–5 weeks. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees; if your order will take materially longer, we tell you rather than let it go quiet.
Nothing ships until you approve it. Before dispatch we photograph your finished doll and send you the images. Dispatch follows your written approval.
How it ships
- Fully tracked and insured, door to door, for the full value of your order.
- Discreet packaging — a plain box with no branding, product name or any indication of the contents.
- Neutral billing descriptor — your bank statement shows a neutral company name.
Where we ship
The countries we can ship to are shown at checkout. If your country is not offered, contact us before ordering and we will tell you whether delivery is possible.
Duties and import taxes
Whether import duties and taxes are included in your order depends on your destination, and is shown at checkout. Where they are not included, they are payable to the carrier or customs authority on arrival. If you are unsure what applies to your country, ask us before ordering.
Delivery and transit damage
Risk passes to you on delivery. Inspect the shipment on arrival. Transit damage must be reported to support@siliconeangels.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs (video for electrical faults). Damage reported inside that window is our problem, not yours — see the warranty page for what happens next.
If a shipment goes missing
Every shipment is insured. If tracking stalls or a delivery goes missing, contact us; we pursue the carrier and the insurance — you deal only with us.

A full-size doll is a heavy crate, and weight is the most common source of buyer regret. Read the weight and mobility guide, or ask us about your destination, courier options or access constraints.
