Warranty in Plain English — By Market
Your doll is covered for six months, and her electrical components for five months. Your own country's consumer law gives you further rights on top of that.
Our warranty is an extra promise from us. It does not replace your legal rights. Both are explained below.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects that were present from the start
- Seams that separate without any accident or damage
- Joints that never held correctly
- Electrical options that stop working within five months
- Anything that doesn't match the specification you ordered and approved
What isn't covered
- Accidental damage, such as tears from falls, snags, jewelry or fingernails
- Normal wear, such as paint wear where she is touched most and surface marks that build up over time. This is normal and is not a defect.
- Storage damage, such as pressure marks from months in one position. This can be prevented. See how to store her without marks.
- Dye transfer from clothing. This is a care issue, and it can usually be removed from silicone. Here's how.
- Damage from misuse, such as bending joints further than they are meant to go, using silicone lubricant on silicone, solvents, or too much heat
- Failed home repairs, for the area that was repaired. Please ask us first.
Your rights depend on where you live
We sell worldwide from the US, so the legal protection behind your purchase depends on your country:

Our warranty is added on top of whichever of these applies to you. It is an extra promise, not a replacement, and for the problems it covers it is usually the faster route.
How to claim

What to send: your order number · clear photos in good light, both wide and close up · a video if the fault comes and goes, which is common with electrical options · a simple description of when the problem started and what was happening at the time.
What happens next: we confirm we have your claim and look into it. Sometimes we check with the manufacturer, which can take longer. Then we tell you the outcome and explain the reason for it. Depending on the fault, we will repair it, send a replacement part, replace the item, or refund the affected option or item.
Before you claim
Four things that are quicker to check first:
- Electrical problem? Check the charge, the connections and the switch position first.
- Loose joint? Some joints can be adjusted. See the repair guide.
- Staining? On silicone this can usually be removed and is not a defect. Here's how.

How long is the warranty?
Six months for your doll and five months for electrical components. Your local consumer law applies on top of this, as shown in the table above.
Is normal wear covered?
No. Warranties cover defects, not wear. Learn what ages and how.
Does a home repair void the warranty?
It can make a claim harder for the area you repaired. Please ask us before you try anything.
What if I disagree with your decision?
Reply and tell us why. Quite a few of our decisions change after a customer explains something we misread in a photo. If we still can't agree, you keep every right your local consumer law gives you. See Company details.
