How We Build — Photos of Your Doll Before It Ships

You see her before she is yours. Before your doll ships, we photograph her — the actual doll built to your order, on our own table, not a catalogue image. Her face. Her finish. The specific things you asked for. You look at those pictures and decide.

Nothing leaves the building until you say so.

What we do

Your doll is manufactured to our specification by an established silicone producer we work with directly. We do everything either side of that.

  • We specify. Your nine configuration choices become a build order — body, head, finish, hair, and every option — checked line by line before it goes to production.
  • We order silicone only. No TPE, at any price point. The full material comparison.
  • We inspect. Every doll is checked against the order before dispatch.
  • We photograph, and you approve. The step this page is really about.
  • We stand behind it. A registered corporation you can look up, a warranty that runs through a real channel, and your local consumer rights on top.

How an order runs

1 · You configure

Nine steps: build, face, skin and finish, hair, softness, warmth, movement, finishing details, review. Every option is priced as you go and nothing is charged until you confirm.

2 · We check the order

3 · Production

Manufacturing takes two to three weeks. She is made to your specification rather than picked off a shelf, which is why the timeline is what it is — and why she is the only one of her.

4 · Inspection

  • Joint movement through range
  • Face and finish

5 · Your photographs

Take your time. Look on a proper screen. Check the face, the finish, and specifically the things you paid extra for.

Then either you approve and she ships, or you tell us what is wrong. Using that second option is the entire point of the step.

6 · Dispatch

Delivery lands three to five weeks from order, in plain packaging with a neutral card descriptor. Exactly what arrives, and what your statement says.

If you say no

[VERIFY — describe your real process. What can be corrected, what requires going back to the producer, and what that does to the timeline. Be specific — vagueness here undoes the credibility the rest of the page builds.]

Checks worth running

Reverse-image-search the product photos on any site you are considering, including this one. If the same doll appears on a dozen others, the seller has never handled the goods. After she arrives

Unpack fully within 48 hours. Long periods in transit packaging can leave pressure marks.

Check her over. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of arrival with photo or video. Warranty claims are made in writing within 7 days, with photo or video evidence.

First clean before first use — the routine, step by step.

Six-month warranty (electrical components five months), with your local consumer law on top. Both, set out by market.

Common questions

Do you make the dolls yourselves?
No. They are manufactured to our specification by a producer we work with directly. We specify, inspect, photograph and stand behind them.

How do I know the photographs are of my doll?
They show the specific options you configured — your skin tone, your hair, the finishing details you chose — photographed on our own table rather than against a studio backdrop.

Does approval delay shipping?
Only by however long you take to reply. Dispatch follows approval.

Can I change my specification after ordering?
