A silicone sex doll built to specification costs roughly $1,900–3,500. TPE sits well below that. The spread is not arbitrary — it maps to material, finishing labour, skeleton, and how much inspection happens before the crate is closed.
We sell at the top of that range and we are not the cheapest shop you will find. This page is where the money goes, written by the people who set the number.
The price bands
These cover the whole category — silicone and TPE, sold variously as sex dolls, love dolls or real dolls. The label changes; the cost structure doesn't.
| Band | What it typically is |
|---|---|
| Under $600 | TPE, basic skeleton, minimal finishing, stock configuration. Often no meaningful inspection. |
| $600–1,200 | TPE, better skeleton and finishing, some configuration. |
| $1,200–1,900 | Entry silicone, or high-end TPE. Real configuration options. |
| $1,900–3,500 | Silicone, full configuration, better skeletons, finishing that survives close inspection. Where we sit. |
| $4,000+ | Western manufacture, bespoke work, or animatronics. |
Where the money goes
Material. Silicone costs several times what TPE does per kilogram before anyone has done anything with it. Across a full body, that alone is a large part of the gap. Why we buy the expensive one.
Method. TPE is melted and injected, so a flawed piece is reheated and redone. Silicone is cured and the reaction runs one way — a flawed pour is scrap. Slower, more wasteful, and it is priced accordingly on the sheet we order from.
Finishing labour. Seam work, skin finishing, face painting. The largest variable cost, the first thing cut at the low end, and the most visible difference at conversation distance. What that looks like up close.
Skeleton. Joint quality decides whether she holds a pose and how long she keeps holding it. Cheap skeletons loosen, and a loose joint is not a thing you notice in a photograph.
Options. Our list, at our prices: body warmth +$115 · oral warmth +$75 · intimate warmth +$100 · hip movement +$280 · head movement +$280 · oral motion +$300 · Clamp & Suck +$100 internal, +$100 external · intelligent moaning +$130 · softer belly +$80 · softer thighs +$130 · gel-infused buttocks +$150 · pubic hair styling +$40 · tan line +$60 · nipple piercing +$5 · navel piercing +$7. Gel-infused breast, breast and hip size, skin tone, face, hair and eyes are included. Which of those we would actually take.
Inspection and photography. Someone has to physically handle her, check her against your order, and photograph her for your approval before anything is crated. Most sellers do not do this, and that is a genuine reason most sellers are cheaper than us.
Freight. A crate heavier than she is, moved internationally and insured. Not trivial, and frequently where a cheap headline price quietly recovers its margin.
Why a cheap sex doll costs what it costs
It is usually not a trick. It is an honest price for a real product with real things missing:
- TPE rather than silicone — most of the saving, right there, and the one you cannot undo later
- Minimal finishing — visible seams, flatter paintwork
- Basic skeleton — fewer joints, looser sooner
- Stock configuration — you take what is in the mould
- No inspection — factory to freight to your door, unopened
- No approval step — the first person to look at her is you, and by then she is yours
Every one of those is a real saving against a real cost. The question worth asking is which of them you will still be thinking about in two years. Read the owner forums and it is always the same two answers: the finishing, and the material. Nobody is still annoyed about the shipping.
What else you will spend
The purchase price is not the total, and this is where budgets get caught. Budget a few hundred beyond the purchase for the first year, across shipping, customs where it applies, storage, care supplies, clothing, wigs and a repair kit.
The storage line is the one people skip and the one that decides how she looks in year three. Buy the repair kit before you need it, not after. Storage guide.
Spreading the cost
Financing runs up to 20 months for customers who qualify, approved at checkout, and she goes into production exactly as she would have otherwise. Ask us about terms and eligibility.
How to tell whether a price is real
Four checks, and we would rather you ran them on us too:
Is shipping included? A low headline with a few hundred in freight at checkout is not a low price.
Are customs handled? An unexpected bill at the door is common on imports, and it is not a small number on a $2,000 item.
Is the configuration included, or is everything extra? Some prices are for a stock build where each option is billed on top. Ours shows the running total as you build.
Is it far below the field? Manufacturers set contractual minimum advertised prices, so real prices cluster. Far below usually means grey-market stock, a different material than advertised, or a seller who will not be there when you need them. Seven checks before you pay.
What we charge, and what is in it
Silicone. The full nine-step configuration. Inspection against your order, not against a general standard. Photographs of your finished doll before she ships, which you approve before anything moves. A plain crate with nothing on the outside. Six months of warranty, five on electrical parts, on top of your local statutory rights.
What the money is actually buying is the material, the finishing and the approval step — the three things that cannot be added afterwards. See what your build costs.
Common questions
Why are sex dolls so expensive?
Material — a full body of it, cured rather than melted — plus finishing hours that cannot be automated. The price is mostly material and labour, and neither is getting cheaper quickly.
Where does the category bottom out?
Around $600–800 for TPE. Below that, corners are being cut somewhere you will notice, usually the finishing and the skeleton.
Are there hidden costs?
Shipping and customs catch people out most often. Ask both questions before ordering — of us, and of anyone else you are considering.
Do prices drop in sales?
Contractual minimums mean genuine discounting is limited. A large permanent "discount" is usually a fictitious original price, which is an unfair commercial practice rather than a bargain.
Is a more expensive doll better?
Up to the top of the silicone band, mostly yes. Past that you are buying options and mechanisms rather than visible quality — and the mechanisms are the parts that fail.
What is the cheapest way to buy well?
Take the smaller build, take the material, skip the motion. That configuration costs less than a mid-height build loaded with options and will outlast it.
