Where it is available, we ship every order with a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means we manage the whole shipping process and cover the main costs and risks until the parcel reaches you. Depending on where you live, delivery may involve air, train, truck or sea freight, followed by local delivery in your country. Tracking may not update right away while the parcel is traveling internationally. It usually starts working once the parcel reaches your country or clears customs.

Production takes about 2–3 weeks, and the total time from order to delivery is usually 6–8 weeks. Before she ships, we photograph your finished doll and send you the photos to approve. Nothing ships until you say so. Read the full shipping details.

The countries we ship to are shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed, contact us before you order and we will tell you whether we can deliver to you.

Yes. Before she ships, we can send you confirmation photos so you can check your doll and approve the shipment. You can also ask for more photos or short videos if you want a closer look before you approve.

Your doll arrives with a set of standard accessories, including a care manual, a wig, a cleaning tool, a heating rod and clothing. Some accessories, such as adhesive or stain remover, may need to be shipped separately because of international shipping rules.

Yes. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box. There is no product name, no brand logo and nothing on the outside that shows what is inside. We take your privacy seriously.

She is built to your specification and is an intimate product, so once production has started we can't accept returns without a reason. The approval photos take their place. Before production starts, you can usually make changes or cancel at no cost. Once production has started, cancelling costs a fee that covers the factory work already done, and we tell you the amount before you confirm. Defects and shipping damage are always covered. Not at the moment. Orders are paid in full at checkout. If this changes, we will publish the terms here first.

A full-size silicone doll weighs 30–40 kg depending on build . That is noticeably heavier than most buyers expect, and it is the most common cause of regret. Read our weight and mobility guide before you choose a build, and test how much you can comfortably lift.

You design every doll right on the product page using our options selector. You choose her head model, height, body shape, skin tone, eyes, hair, softness levels and robotic functions. Our customizer shows a preview of your exact choices before you order, and her face, skin tone, hair and eyes update as you choose.

We currently offer four different head models: Luna, Suki, Penny and Kitty. Each one comes with a range of eye colors, hairstyles and skin tones. Fully custom heads based on specific facial references may be available on request. Contact us to find out more.

We send you confirmation photos before she ships so you can check that your doll matches your order. Small differences in lighting and camera angle can make some features look slightly different from the official photos. This is normal for any product that is photographed.

How her butt, hips and thighs look can change with the softness option you choose, and with the camera angle, lighting and perspective of the photo. Softer options naturally give her a fuller, more natural shape. This is intentional, and it reflects the realistic qualities of SoftCore™ silicone.

Every doll we sell is made entirely from premium platinum-cured silicone, designed to closely match the texture, stretch and warmth of real skin. We do not use TPE.

Both options use a full, jointed stainless steel skeleton. The Semi-flex skeleton stays in the position you put it in, which makes it ideal for posing and photos. The Flex skeleton has loose joints, so her limbs fall and settle naturally, like a body at rest. This makes her behave in a more lifelike way during use.

SoftCore™ is our multi-layer silicone system with gel built into key areas of the body. Each area (breasts, butt, thighs, belly and the rest of the body) can be set to its own softness level, from Supple & Firm to Ultra Soft & Ultra Bouncy. Every level looks and feels natural and realistic, reflecting the variety of real human body types.

The heating system is built into her body and warms her slowly from the inside out. Silicone holds heat in very well, so it can take around 30–60 minutes before you notice the warmth, and up to 2 hours for it to spread through her whole body. Never leave the heating system running for long periods when you aren't there, because too much heat can damage the silicone over time.

These functions are currently available as options: oral movement, hip & waist rotation, body heating, oral heating, intimate suction, intimate insert and AI companion. More interactive systems are being developed and will be announced soon.

The suction feature creates a gentle, rhythmic tightening and releasing inside the channel. How it feels depends on her position and on your personal preference. It is designed to feel natural and realistic, not mechanical. Some people notice it more in certain positions.

With the hip and waist rotation feature installed, she can still be posed in most positions. Bending forward and backward is limited to about 90 degrees to protect the mechanism, but every other position is still possible.

After use, rinse the areas you used with lukewarm water. Never use hot water. Use a mild, unscented antibacterial soap or a silicone toy cleaner. For internal areas, gently flush them with soapy water using a cleaning syringe or squeeze bottle, then rinse them well with clean water. Avoid bleach, alcohol and strong detergents, because they will damage the silicone.

Pat the outside dry with a soft towel. Internal areas must be completely air-dried before storage, and a fan on a cool setting can help. Never use heat to dry her faster. Store her on a soft, padded surface with her weight spread evenly and her body in a neutral position. Avoid bending her legs or pressing on any area for a long time. Keep her away from direct sunlight, heaters and radiators.

Yes. Storing her with her limbs bent or folded, or with pressure on her for a long time, can cause creases or change her shape. Always store her in a neutral, flat position on a soft surface to protect the shape of the silicone over time.

A basic clean after every use is essential. You should also give her a deeper clean regularly, paying attention to folds, joints and any parts that come off. Take special care with areas where moisture or dust can build up.
