Tracking may not update immediately during international transit — it typically becomes active once the parcel reaches your country or clears customs.

Yes. Before dispatch, we can provide confirmation photos so you can review your companion and approve the shipment. You can also request additional photos or short videos if you need more detail before giving your approval.

Your companion arrives with a set of standard accessories including a care manual, wig, cleaning tool, heating rod, and clothing. Some accessories such as adhesive or stain remover may need to be shipped separately due to international shipping restrictions.

Absolutely. All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes with no product name, brand logo, or any indication of the contents visible on the outside. Your privacy is our priority.

Every companion is configured directly on the product page using our options selector — head model, height, body shape, skin tone, eyes, hair, softness levels, and robotic functions. For a real-time 3D preview, use the Customise in 3D button to open our Unreal Engine configurator and visualise your exact configuration before ordering.

We currently offer four distinct head models — Luna, Suki, Penny, and Kitty. Each is available with a range of eye colours, hair styles and skin tones. Fully custom heads based on specific facial references may be available on request — contact us for more information.

Confirmation photos are provided before shipment so you can verify your companion matches your configuration. Minor variations in lighting and camera angle may make certain features appear slightly different from official images, which is normal for any photographed product.

The appearance of the butt, hips, and thighs can vary depending on the softness option selected, as well as camera angle, lighting, and photo perspective. Softer configurations naturally result in a fuller, more natural silhouette. This is by design and reflects the realistic properties of SoftCore™ silicone.

All Small and Big Dolls companions are made entirely from medical-grade platinum-cured silicone. This material is body-safe, hypoallergenic, and designed to closely replicate the texture, elasticity, and warmth of real skin. We do not use TPE.

Both options use a full stainless steel articulated skeleton. The Semi-flex skeleton maintains the position you place it in — ideal for posing and photography. The Flex skeleton has free-moving joints, so the limbs fall and reposition naturally as a body would at rest, giving a more lifelike behaviour during use.

SoftCore™ is our multi-layer silicone system with integrated gel in key body regions. Each area — breast, booty, thighs, abdomen, and the rest of the body — can be configured independently with its own softness level, ranging from Supple & Firm to Ultra Soft & Ultra Bouncy. Every level remains natural and realistic, reflecting the diversity of real human body types.

The heating system is embedded within the body and warms gradually from the inside out. Because silicone is an excellent heat insulator, warmth can take around 30–60 minutes to become noticeable and up to 2 hours to fully spread through the body. Never leave the heating system running unattended for extended periods, as excessive heat can damage the silicone over time.

The following functions are currently available as options: oral movement, hip & waist rotation, body heating, oral heating, intimate suction, intimate insert, and AI companion. Additional interactive systems are in development and will be announced soon.

The suction function creates a subtle, rhythmic tightening and releasing effect inside the channel. The sensation varies depending on body position and personal preference. The function is designed to feel natural and realistic rather than mechanical. Some users find the effect more noticeable in certain positions.

When the hip and waist rotation function is installed, the doll can still be posed in most positions. Forward and backward bending is limited to approximately 90 degrees to protect the mechanism, but all other positions remain fully accessible.

After use, rinse the relevant areas with lukewarm water — never hot water. Use a mild unscented antibacterial soap or a dedicated silicone toy cleaner. For internal areas, use a cleaning syringe or squeeze bottle to flush gently with soapy water, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Avoid bleach, alcohol, or strong detergents as they will damage the silicone.

Pat the exterior dry with a soft towel. Internal areas must be fully air-dried before storage — a fan on cool setting can help. Never use heat to speed up drying. Store on a soft padded surface with weight evenly distributed and the body in a neutral position. Avoid bending the legs or compressing any area for extended periods. Keep away from direct sunlight, heaters, and radiators.

Yes. Storing the companion with limbs bent, folded, or under sustained pressure for long periods can cause creases or deformation. Always store in a neutral, flat position on a soft surface to preserve the silicone's shape over time.

Basic cleaning after each use is essential. A deeper clean — focusing on folds, joints, and any detachable parts — should be done regularly. Pay particular attention to areas where moisture or dust can accumulate.
