It is a few thousand dollars and a five-week wait for something you cannot touch first. These are the answers we would want in that position, stated before the sale rather than after it.
Does finishing the studio commit me to anything?
No. What the studio produces is a specification. Nothing is built and nothing is charged until you confirm it, and you can leave a design and come back to it later without losing it.
What is she made of?
Platinum-cured silicone, at every price point on this page. We do not sell TPE at any price — not as a cheaper option, not on request.
How long does she take?
She is made to order, so nothing exists until you confirm the build. Production takes 2–3 weeks, and delivery takes approximately 6–8 weeks from payment to your door.
Do I see her before she ships?
Yes, and this is the part worth knowing about. Before dispatch we photograph the doll actually built to your specification and you approve those images — not a catalogue picture, not a render of your configuration. Promotional images anywhere on this site are for reference only; the photographs you approve are of her.
What does the delivery look like?
A plain crate with no branding and no category wording anywhere on the outside, and a neutral descriptor on your card statement. The courier is handling a heavy unmarked box and knows nothing else about it.
How heavy is she, really?
Heavy. A full-size silicone body is roughly 30–40 kg depending on the build, and weight is the thing buyers most often underestimate — it decides how easily she can be moved, posed and stored, which matters far more day to day than any option on this page. Check the figure for the specific body you are choosing before you confirm.
What is covered if something is wrong with her?
Six months on craftsmanship under normal use, and five months on electric parts. A claim is made in writing with a photograph within seven days — a short video for electric parts. That term is what we offer on top of, and it does not replace, the consumer rights you have where you live.
Can I return her?
Not once she has been opened or used — she is an intimate hygiene product, and that is the reason. A manufacturing defect is a different matter: report it within 48 hours of delivery and we deal with it. A faint silicone odour, visible mould lines and hairline fractures to a finger or toe are normal for the material and are not defects.
Which of the options are actually worth taking?
Warmth changes the most for the least money. Motion and sound are the ones people are most divided about, and the ones we would think hardest about before adding.
