How It Works

She is built to your specification after you order, not picked off a shelf. That is the whole reason the timeline is what it is, and the reason you see photographs of your actual doll before she leaves the factory.

1 · Choose a body

Start with the body — height, build and skin tone. That decision sets which heads, which options and which price apply, so everything downstream follows from it.

You can browse the models we keep configured, or go straight to the configurator and start from the body itself.

The body is the first decision: height, build and skin tone. Everything after it — heads, options, price — follows from this one.

2 · Configure her

The configurator walks the build in order — body, face, hair, eyes, then the optional systems. The price updates as you go, so there is never a stage where you are choosing blind.

Warmth, motion and sound are the options people ask about most. Each one is priced individually and each one is genuinely optional; none of them are bundled into a tier you have to buy past. Every option, what it does and what it costs.

Open the configurator.

3 · Order

You pay when you confirm the build. Your statement shows a neutral billing descriptor — not the store name, not the category. What the courier sees and what your statement says.

From here she goes to the bench. Production takes two to three weeks.

4 · Approve her photographs

Before she is dispatched, you see real photographs of the doll you actually bought — not the promotional images, not a doll like yours. You approve them, and only then does she ship.

If something is wrong, say so at that point. That is what the stage is for, and it is far easier to resolve on the bench than after a crate has crossed a border.

5 · Delivery

A plain crate, no branding and no product name anywhere on the outside. Three to five weeks from order to your door, production included.

Arrange a second person and a clear route from the door before she arrives — the crate is heavy and awkward, and doorways and stairs are where injuries happen. The full delivery detail, by market.

6 · The first 48 hours

Unpack her fully within two days. Long periods in transit packaging can leave pressure marks in the silicone, and they are avoidable.

This is also your window to report a defect: 48 hours from delivery. What to do first.

What you are covered for

Electrical parts 5 months
Report a defect Within 48 hours of delivery
Make a claim Within 7 days, in writing, with a photo

She is an intimate hygiene product, so there are no change-of-mind returns once she has been opened or used. A defect is a different matter and is covered. Where you live may give you more than this — statutory rights are not replaced by anything on this page. What is covered, what isn't, and how to claim.

Common questions

Can I change the build after ordering? Before she reaches the bench, usually yes. Ask quickly — the window is short.

What if she is damaged in transit? Photograph the crate before you open it fully, and tell us within 48 hours.

How do I know the photographs are really her? That is the point of the stage. They are taken of your doll, with your build, before dispatch.

Is silicone the only option? Yes. We do not sell TPE. Why the material decides most of the rest.
