Terms of service
These terms govern purchases from Silicone Angels, operated by FAPTIC CORP. By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated August 2026.
1 · Who you're contracting with

2 · Age restriction — sale and use
This site sells adult products. They are sold only to people aged 18 or over, and they are for use only by people aged 18 or over. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you are buying for your own use as an adult, and that you will not supply the product to, or permit its use by, anyone under 18. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe any of this is not the case.
3 · What we sell, and what we don't
We sell silicone companion dolls built to customer specification.
We will refuse any order, at any stage and without exception:
- for any product that could depict or suggest a person under 18
- for any likeness of a real, identifiable person
- where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18
- where fulfilment would breach the law in the destination market
These are absolute and are not negotiable at any price.
4 · Who makes the product
Our dolls are genuine Irontech Doll products, manufactured to your specification by the Irontech factory and supplied by us as an authorised distributor. The commercial warranty in section 10 reflects the manufacturer's own after-sales terms.
5 · Orders and contract formation
Configuring a build is not an order. A contract forms when we confirm your order in writing.
Nothing is charged until you confirm. We may decline an order — for stock, market restrictions, or the reasons in section 3 — and if we do, we refund in full.
6 · Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars, as displayed at the time of order. Any taxes or duties we collect are itemised at checkout; for import duties on international deliveries, see our Shipping page.
7 · Production, approval and delivery
Production takes approximately two to three weeks; total delivery three to five weeks. These are estimates made in good faith, not guarantees.
Before dispatch we photograph the finished doll and send you the images for approval. Dispatch follows your approval. If you identify something that does not match your order, we correct it.
Risk passes on delivery. Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
8 · Changes after you order
Each doll is made to order, so what a change costs depends on when you ask for it.
- Before production starts — contact us immediately; changes at this stage are normally possible at no cost.
- Once production has started — a change means real factory work is redone or discarded. Changes at this stage are at our discretion and at your cost: we quote the cost of the change before doing anything, and we only proceed once you have accepted the quote in writing. No change is ever made, or billed, without your prior agreement.
9 · Cancellation and returns
Because each item is made to your specification, and because it is a sealed intimate product unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds once unsealed, the standard consumer withdrawal right does not apply once production has begun. This is disclosed to you before the contract is concluded.
Cancellation after production has started incurs a charge reflecting the factory work already committed. We tell you the exact amount before you confirm the cancellation.
Defects, damage and non-conformity are unaffected — see section 10.
10 · Warranty and statutory rights
We offer a commercial warranty of six months on the doll and five months on electrical components. Claims in writing within 7 days of the fault appearing, with photographic or video evidence.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights. Those differ by market and are set out in plain language on the warranty page. Where the consumer law of your country of residence gives you longer or stronger protection than this warranty, that law applies and we honour it.
The warranty is personal to the first purchaser and does not transfer with the product — see section 12.
11 · Your responsibilities as an owner
These are conditions of sale, not suggestions. They exist because the product is a life-size, realistic, adult item.
- Adults only. The product must not be used by, or be made accessible to, anyone under 18 (section 2).
- Storage. You are responsible for storing the product securely and out of sight and reach of children, and away from anyone who has not consented to encounter it.
- No public display. The product must not be displayed unclothed in any place visible to the public — a window, balcony, vehicle or any public space. A realistic life-size figure in public view can cause alarm, be mistaken for a person, or constitute an offence in some jurisdictions. Conduct after delivery is your responsibility, not ours.
- Disposal. If you ever dispose of the product, do so discreetly and in accordance with local waste rules — disassembled or packaged so it cannot be mistaken for a person.
12 · No resale or transfer
The product is an intimate hygiene item, built to your specification and sold for your personal use. You may not resell it or transfer it privately. The warranty is non-transferable: it is owed to you as the first purchaser only, and we owe no warranty, support or other obligation to anyone who acquires the product second-hand.
13 · Acceptable use of the site
You may not use our images or content without permission, place orders with no intention to pay, or use the site to harass, defraud or impersonate.
14 · Intellectual property and likeness
Site content, characters, names and stories are ours or licensed to us. You may not reuse them without written permission.
Every character we sell is an original design. None depicts, and none is intended to resemble, any real, identifiable person — and we do not accept commissions to create such a likeness (section 3). Any resemblance between a product and a real person is coincidental and unintended. If you believe a design resembles you, contact us and we will review it.
15 · Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies to you, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from:
- misuse — use contrary to the care instructions, forcing joints past their range, incompatible lubricants or solvents, or excessive heat
- modifications — any alteration or repair not carried out or approved by us
- electrical and heating functions used contrary to instructions — including unattended heating or use with damaged cabling
- the conduct of third parties — including anyone you allow to access or use the product, and any consequence of storage, display, transfer or disposal contrary to sections 11 and 12
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law — including for defective products, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
16 · Privacy
See our privacy policy. We treat what you buy here as sensitive, and we handle it accordingly.
17 · Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Delaware law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence — nothing in this section takes that away.
If something goes wrong, contact support@siliconeangels.com first — most disputes are resolved by a person reading your message. You may also have access to dispute-resolution bodies in your own country.
18 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
